[Case Study of Subsidy Creation Support Consulting] Business Restructuring Subsidy

Thanks to the grant approval, we were able to quickly realize the construction of the new factory! This is a case where we were able to create a significant pillar of sales.

We would like to introduce a case where a customer company in the automotive parts manufacturing industry successfully obtained a business restructuring subsidy (supply chain framework) by implementing our "Subsidy Creation Support Consulting." The background for the implementation was that there was a demand for smaller, more complex, and highly precise automotive parts, but the current production system took too much time, making it impossible to meet delivery deadlines. Additionally, the production capacity was insufficient, and the pricing was not competitive. As a result of the implementation, not only the company's customers but also many stakeholders, including building contractors and equipment suppliers, awaited the announcement of the selection, and it was successfully approved. Although the new factory was envisioned for ten years later, thanks to the subsidy approval, it could be realized sooner.
